Al Jazeera; 'If she was white, she would still be here'
In this six-part series, Al Jazeera tells the stories of some of the Indigenous women and girls who have gone missing or been murdered along an infamous stretch of highway in British Columbia, Canada.
Native Hope 
This organisation exists to address the injustice done to Native Americans and Canadians. Their website is a great resource for knowledge and background on the crisis. Going into depth about the historical and political aspects. 
Not Our Native Daughters (NOND)
 A Native-led, survivor-led organization dedicated to addressing the Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) crisis. Their mission is to empower Indigenous communities by advocating for justice, raising awareness, and providing support to families affected by violence. 
National Inquiry into the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls 
The National Inquiry looks into and report on the systemic causes of all forms of violence against Indigenous women and girls, including sexual violence. They examine the underlying social, economic, cultural, institutional, and historical causes that contribute to the ongoing violence and particular vulnerabilities of Indigenous women and girls in Canada.
